My hysteroscopy report show my left ostia is stenosed and right ostia is open , what is that mean? And my uterine cavity is mild inflamed can it is curable with antibiotics, what is the of concieve with this problem can I concieve naturally with this problem?

This means your right tube is normal and left tube might be blocked.  You can concieve naturally for sure but check with scan for ectopic if you get pregnant early

It seems at least one tube is ok. The chance of pregnancy depends on your condition of the ovaries, Semen and the function of the tubes.
