Hi doctor My c section delivery was done 2.5Months back and still getting some brownish spots only at night. Full day the sanitary liner I use remains clean but at night I get this brownish spot kind of which doesnt seem like blood. (please see attached pic) I thought it is dirt due to sweat but then why it comes only at night and not any other time of day. Please suggest if this is also due to post delivery bleeding or just sweat dirt?? When I told my gynac about this, she prescribed Trenaxa 500 tablet for 3 days.. but still am getting this brownish spots at night.
