Gynecomastia

I am suffering from gynecomastia. Hence not confident enough and worried about my married life. Wanted to get rid of this please suggest methods and cost for same. And please let me know how much  effective surgery's are on these cases and their side effects. Exercise or medicine can help me out not. Please suggest.

Hi, Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone.  Generally, no treatment is required for physiologic gynecomastia. Pubertal gynecomastia resolves spontaneously within several weeks to 3 years in approximately 90% of patients. Breasts greater than 4 cm in diameter may not completely regress. Reduction mammoplasty is considered for patients with macromastia or long-standing gynecomastia or in persons in whom medical therapy has failed. Two gynecomastia surgery options are: Liposuction. This surgery removes breast fat, but not the breast gland tissue itself. Mastectomy. This type of surgery removes the breast gland tissue.
