I had struggled with being overweight for a long time. Last few years I have shed a lot of weight doing a combination of weight training, cardio and diet control. But the fat around the chest isn't going and is very embarrassing. From my research I believe this is gynecomastia. What are the other solutions apart from diet and work out?
