From age 13,14 I have chest fat and evn after working out fat is still there. I have some fatty lumps in my body ie in arms, back and near shoulder. Can they be cured completely.

Gynaecomastia if you have at this age surgery is the only option. Multiple lumps on body most commonly are neurofibromatosis if causing no problem and size is small can be left afer confirming by FNAC. In future any of swelling enlarges or causes pain can be removed surgically
