Prolonged menstrual bleeding for 12 days now....after period started 7 days late, spotting for 4 days intially...followed by heavy to medium bleeding..no pain

It's better to get your thyroid checked and get a sonography done for pelvic pathology Perimenopausal age group can face such bleeding issue
