If the size of fibroid s only about 2 to 3 cms and no symptoms of menorrhagia ,dysmenorrhoea or problems n conceiving are there medication cn be tried to reduce the size of fibroid and surgery cnbe postponed. Otherwise go for laproscopic myomectomy
