My left ovary is bulky which measures about 5.4cm*2.8cm*2. 5cm in size (volume 20.4cc).Parenchyma shows multiple subcentimeter antral follicles.o ne cyst measuring about 3.2cm*1. 8 cm in size also noted in left ovary(functional cyst). I m undergoing medications with homeopathy but still my periods are irregular with severe pain during menstruation and besides that I m having pimples and dark spots before the date of menstruation
