I am having my regular monthly periods on time but after 10 days of completing my cycle I am getting some flow or drops for 1 day and it is happening from past 6-7 months. What will be the reason behind this?

It's called ovulation bleeding or mittelschmerz sign... It's a good sign that u r ovulating. Don't worry about it.
