I'm having some abnormal growth/lump in the vulval area with smelly white discharge from started from last month. Please prescribe some medications/treatment options

Mixed infection firstly both of u  plz go for routine investigations along with  HIV to rule out STD & other , if all r negative than improve hygine of ur genitalia and take FAS 3 kit fir both partners followed by Fusys 150 for u  one tablet per day for 7 days
