Went ED GP referral got CAE CA-125 and Preg tests: fine Monocytes 90 HI RDW 15% HI underactice thyroid disorder TSH 6.5 Hvnt had eutroxsig as loosing weight 105,98,97,95.3,92.7, 91, 88.9 85,83,82, 78.5 at ED 5 days ago 75.5 today confused why? US; 6x6 x 3 x 3x4 Endo; 2mm atrophic Ovary; normal limits left Cyst; 5.2 x 4.7 x 42 Now Uterus US; 7 x x 4.3 x 2.6 cyst 5.7 with small mural nodule what’s this? Risk of ovary twisting? X

Twisted ovary is extremely painful. This is more likely to be a benign cyst. You haven’t mentioned your complaints. Usually cyst this size needs to be removed otherwise it could get twisted in future
