The tibia is a major bone in the body and if your muscles are not strengthened in your leg gym can cause a load on your fracture and the Tibia bone usually takes 6-9 months to just heal and then it will take another 2-3 months to gain strength and if you have not got full movements back and full strength back it will be cause unnecessary stress on the bone so 2-3 months waiting further before you join the gym will not cause you any harm just have patience and follow the surgeons advice
