To the Patient:**  Your symptoms of **giddiness, panic sensations, and postural dizziness** (worsening with bending/eating) suggest possible **vestibular dysfunction, orthostatic hypotension, or metabolic imbalance**. Here’s a structured approach:  Key Recommendations:**  1. Immediate Tests:**     - Check **blood pressure (lying/standing)**, blood sugar (fasting & post-meal), and ECG to rule out cardiac causes.     - **Hemoglobin, thyroid (TSH), and electrolytes (sodium, potassium)** to identify deficiencies.  2. Symptom Management:**     - Hydration:** Increase water/electrolyte intake (e.g., coconut water, ORS).     - **Diet:** Eat small, frequent meals; avoid sudden position changes.     - *Cinnarizine* (as prescribed) may help if vertigo is confirmed, but avoid self-medication.  3. When to Worry:**     If giddiness is accompanied by **headache, vomiting, slurred speech, or fainting**, seek emergency care to rule out stroke/neurological issues.  Next Steps: - Consult for a detailed evaluation** of inner ear (vestibular) function, autonomic nervous system, and anxiety triggers.  **My WhatsApp:** Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two (for appointment scheduling).
