Grunting sound at night

My 1.5 month old baby is making a grunting sound at night while he's sleeping. Earlier he used to do it early in the morning at around 5am but now it's around 3-5 am. Also, we feel that his sleep is not deep/sound as he constantly moves his legs while sleeping. Please suggest if this is normal.

It is better if you can share the video of it for clear idea. Is the feeding going on normally? Is the weight gain appropriate for age?

Might be due to nose block. Use saline saline nasal drops. Babies do dream, hence the movements. Its normal
