Growth scan report at 30 weeks

I had growth scan at 30 weeks of pregnancy. There the fetus maturity came as of 31 weeks. Placenta is posterior mid uterine segment grade 3 maturity. Is this ok for baby and normal delivery or what precautions should I take to have normal delivery? Please help
