I have growth of cyst or something soft mass inside my left scrotum probably on my testicle, it's a soft mass or small bulge, it happened few days back. There is nearly no, pain but sometimes when I stand or walk slight pain occurs. What could it be? I search web and I think that it could be vericocele or spermatocele! Can I please get to know what it is? And If it is any of those or anything else what should I do ? Is treatment needed or it'll go on it's own?
