Hello,
Thank you for the clear photograph. It really helps with the diagnosis.
This appears to be a Seborrheic Keratosis. The condition is benign and can develop any time during a person's life.
Seborrheic keratoses are most often found on the chest or back but can be found on the scalp, face, or neck or almost anywhere on the body. When they first appear, the growths usually begin one at a time as small rough bumps. Eventually they thicken and develop a rough, warty surface.
The good news is, there is nothing to worry!
You can visit a good dermatologist and have it removed with RF ablation or cautery. The procedure is painless and requires only 5 minutes in clinic.
I hope this answers all of your queries.
