Respect person because of some infection my physical growth and maturation stoped at the of age of 13 now I'm 30 yr old can i take hormone injection from which my voice will become 30 yr old like and physical strength will become like 30 yr old man

Height cannot be increased in any person if epiphyseal fusion occured. It can be increased by growth hormone injection before bone fusion. If it is taken after bone fusion u may develop features of acromegaly if growth hormone sufficient. If hormone deficient then can improve ur muscle strength by those injections  but not height. Need biochemical hormone evaluation. Consult endocrinologist.
