My son is 3.5 months old. I went for vaccination today and Paediatrician told me his length is 57 cms. Normal should be 60 cms. I asked him if any supplements for increasing the length he said nothing. Just wait and watch. Please advise.

hi monitor growth velocity. growth velocity is defined as gain in height over 12 months period. consult local pediatric endocrinologist/pediatrician. after 3 months. doctor will extrapolate growth velocity for 3 months and compare. if is low then need evaluation.
