Having ground nut chutny or other forms, i am observing increasing pimples on my body including head, is am allergic? Am been suffering from scalp folliculitis... But its elevating on ground nut consumption, is it myth or just my feeling or it may?

Dear patient.. Spicy foods generally aggravate the acne and pimples. So culprit is not the groundnut alone. Try avoiding the spices and add nariyal or coconut chutney in your menu and see the difference. Thanks
