Hi I’ve been feeling a strange sensation in my lower groin and testacles where I sometimes get a shooting pain in my right testicle. I’ve felt it for lumps etc but I don’t think there are any... it has been going on for a few days. It almost feels swollen and is sometimes uncomfortable
