Groin tanned and Ittchy

My skin got full tanned and itchy in my groin area.... Scrotum and testicles are itchy and tanned. Full of black spots all over near groin area and to my thighs also...feeling bad..please help me...its burning a lot in my public area, groin area and beneath testicles...waiting for help.

You have so many lesions which are symptomatic but still haven't got a dermatologist opinion. Please get evaluation and proper management as we need to exclude fungal infection , contact dermatitis , scabies etc.
