Is groin lymphnodes in adult are palpable?
I can palpate some 3 to 4 nodes ..2 node are non movable n hard.

Yes they can be palpable however if the size of lymph node is more than 1cm then other causes need to be ruled out as well. A detailed history of other symptoms and signs and clinical examination , investigations are required to get to a confirm diagnosis in this case.

Lymph nodes are generally considered to be normal if they are up to 1 cm in diameter. The body has approximately 600 lymph nodes, but only those in the submandibular, axillary or inguinal regions may normally be palpable in healthy people. The lymph nodes palpated by you appear to be normal.
