Is it normal to be able to feel lymph node in groin area? No other symptoms apart from occasional weird sensation/ pain here and there that comes and goes. Doctor told neuropathic pain. 1.5 months back had swollen lymph node in neck on right side. ENT gave Cepodem and recommended USG. USG showed reactive adenopathy, lymph node 2 cm in length , elongated with loss of hilium. The lymph node on neck in now normal not swollen. Had weird chest pain occassionally while stressing while talking no cough or cold and no difficulty in breathing. Doctor told because of anxiety. Recently weird muscle pain on thigh and leg that comes and goes, also back pain in some postures. and can feel the left groin lymph node by pressing also can feel in thigh. Please help . Is there chance of lymphoma or other form of cancer. Recently blood test done every thing was ok apart from elevated ESR (48) and low haemoglobin (10.5) .

Your symptoms need evaluation , if the nodes are resolving it’s unlikely to be a lymphoma. Detailed history should be discussed to see if you any further investigation. Palpable inguinal lymph nodes could be due to infectious causes also , so history for that or any probable infection should be considered and ruled out .
