I have a slight ache for a past few months on the left side above penis.It doesn't hurt much, it just scares me, and it's not often.I am fit, young male and I sit for a very long time, every day. Left testicle is bigger than right because I had my right testicle lowered to scrotum at the age of 10. Please tell me it's not testicular canc.
