Hi.
If you have giddiness on turning in bed, it could a positional type of vertigo, what we call as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). However, it needs physical examination for confirmation. If this diagnosis is confirmed, it can be treated with simple repositioning maneuver and medications. I would recommend that you visit an ENT specialist near you for the required examination.
