I gone through topography test for lasik. They used bright lights for that. After completion, I observed big grey spot in vision for 5 minutes. Slowly disappeared. First time observed. Usually I observing small disturbances (lines or dots) with bright lights from vehicles for last 12 months. Any major concern?

Hi, It is a normal phenomenon.  There is nothing to worry about it.  It occurs due to bleaching of retinal (vision) cells after exposure to bright light.  It generally settles on its own.
