3 mo baby having green watery stool with mucus and foul smell past 14 days. Stool test shows pus cells 10-15 hpf and 5 ph. Giving 1ml z&d drops and enterogemina.

It suggests an active gastro intestinal infection. Most probably a viral diarrhea. Lola maintain well the hydration status of the baby with frequent breast feeds. Avoid bottle feeds, if any you are giving. You can get Rota virus vaccination done, after this episode subsidies.
