Hi All, I have 3 months old son, he have green patch on his lower back, just above the butt, since his birth we have observed this, kindly suggest if this is normal.

Its absolutely normal. Its very common in asian race. It is called mongolian spot. It does not need any treatment. Usually it fades away as the child grows
