Today I found one gray hair on my head. I just want to know that is it the beginning of graying my hairs( will it spread throughout my head) I take a balanced diet. I oil my hairs twice a week. I even apply eggs every month. And there is no hereditary issue. What are the reasons behind it and How can I control it ? Please help
