Hi dr, child had  surgical circumcision it's been 3 weeks the child is healthy their is granuloma type omething is seen around his penis... am attaching his rivate part pic kindly have a look and help me out ...

From the picture I can see a suture from surgery still there.There is no redness which is good. Sutures usually fall itself in 3-4 weeks. No need to worry unless there is pus discharge/fever or any urinary complaint.
