Gram Positive Cocci found in report

Hi, I am 37 years old 8 months postpartum. I have been having dry cough for 3-4 month but last 1 months wheezing sound started coming while exhaling. Shown to a doctor to suggested a sputum test that came with a Gram Positive Cocci result. I have been on antibiotics for last 2 weeks but cough and wheezing not going. Doctor told me I have pneumonia but I am not feeling like I have it. There is some weakness, vomiting routine but no breathing issue. Shall I take a second opinion? Is gram Positive Cocci dangerous? Can it go on its own as I don't see antibiotics making any difference. I have a 8 months old that I breastfeed. In my previous question as checked with pediatricians if ok to feed my little one while on antibiotics but now since I don't see any difference i am a bit scared.

More information required regarding your symptoms. Antibiotics only is not complete treatment in wheezing.

you need to get yourself evaluated for obstructed/allergic airways..as wheezing is produced because of airway contraction..kindly connect here..will guide you depending on your history
