Grade 4 varicocele and epididymitis

I am suffering from epididymitis from past 2 months in right testicle after doing Usg, result came out to be normal in right testicle but I have grade 4 varicocele in left testicle. After clinical examination doctors said I don't have any varicocele but the report says I have. Is the doctor made a mistake in scan?
