Sir I have lumpy varicocel (pumpiniform plexus veins 3mm diameter) from 5 years. Some times it is painful. Now I am feeling very weakness. Can it curable from homeopathy. I am feeling better from yoga. How much duration it takes. Can it permanently curable from embolization method & has it any infection problem. Can it be cancerous in coming days. In USG report no any lump in testicle. Only swollen in scrotum and pumpiniform plexus veins 3mm diameter & flow reversible seen with valsalva.
