Wife 32yrs, previous 2 abortion, IVF, 23 weeks gestation, echo normal before pregnancy with EF 67%, now showing Grade -1 diastolic dysfunction with EF 57%, rest normal. She has mild breathlessness during exertion like bathing. can u please tell me is there any thing to worry. Her BP right hand 124/90 , left 120/84. should i go for tab. labetalol.
