MRI impression :* focal thinning of fibers at proximal fibers of ACL with altered signal intensity. S/o likely partial thickness tear. *Grade 2-3 horizontal tear seen at body, and anterior horn of medial meniscus. *very minimal free fluid seen at patellofemoral and parapatellar joint spaces. ***What is the best treatment option for me? At present i don't have pain. Can I postpone surgery for one to two months?

Please consult your orthopaedic surgeon. We donot treat the reports, we believe in treating You ! The hyperintensity is because of the trauma that u had. Hyper intensity means swelling and collection of fluid in the meniscus. If u donot have any symptoms, just avoid squatting and cross legged sitting. U can do all activities as per normal routine. Do consult your orthopaedic if u face similar symptoms.
Next Steps
Quadriceps strengthening exercises and necessary precautions to prevent re injury.
