Sharp shooting pain recurs now and then in the first metacarpophalengeal joint! However the pain subsides on taking medication Uric acid is with in normal limit Which foods to avoid to avoid this pain? Or anything to prevent recurrence of this Not taking alcohol or meat/ high protein content

If it is established as Gout by your doctor,you should start a Low Purine Diet.
