look ma'am dis picture cud hv two possibility
pyogenic granuloma which is harmless is of unknown causes varying from history trauma to hormonal imbalances. only prob is bleeding bleddin n bleeding..it need to completely removed by surgeon since it is composed of numerous tiny blood vessels ,or shrink dese vessels using sm topical gel..de cn be electrically aur chemically cauterised also by a dermatologist. dere r chances of reoccurrence once its treated.
second is lil worrisome..it cud be squamous cell carcinoma,melanoma which is a serious issue n only way to rule out is Biopsy of this lesion.

u cn apply
timolol gel thrice over the lesion to shrink it
if it dsnt work get it removed by a surgeon and mean time send the contents fr biopsy.
