Got cut from CFL glass

What should I do if I steeped on broken CFL tubelight glass and got a small cut? It's been over a month and I have developed a small area which looks infected with pus. When I touch it generates pain also. I had taken treatment from a General Physician and she removed all the pus containing wounded part twice but infection is coming back and it's in the same shape again and hurting. Please help.

As you said you get the proper treatment but your wound is not healing.You should get some blood test done. Fasting blood sugar level Cbc Pus culture sentivity test Send pic of the cut area.
