Got bitten by a rat

2 days before at night I got bitten by something. I didn't see but assuming it can be rat. Small spot and 1 drop blood came out. I visited local hospital next morning Dr only prescribed a tetatus injection. Till now I don't have any symptoms only skin near the bite become slightly rough. Am I need more treatment? Please help me
