I dont know but i am unable to get a very basic clearance of knowledge about my query And my query is that - : 1 . Can bacteria like gonorrhea & chlamydia be detected in a normal urnie culture & sensitivity test (C&S ) or not . 2 . When is rna pcr qualitative test of gonorrhea & chlamydia ordered ? And what else other techniques are available apart from rna to detect both these notorious bacterias . 3 . Can a basic urine culture & sensitivity test for any type of bacterial infection present in urine or it comes with limitations in detection of certain bacterias ?
