Hi I understand your concern for your child. It can really be very distressing for a parent. Rest assured this is not something serious, this can simply be due to anxiety issues as the adult needs to go to the bathroom frequently during exams or during any other stress. Nonetheless your child needs to be seen . Only on knowing full history and mental status examination can further treatment be decided.

May be a symptoms of anxiety. This needs to be thoroughly evaluated by psychologist or psychiatrist. Try and speak to him to ensure things are ok at home and school and any other aspects of his life. Most teenagers these days feel open to the idea of seeing a professional if they don’t feel comfortable sharing with parents or family.
