Increased urinary frequency may be due urinary tract infection, diabetes,Interstitial cystitis,urinary incontinence or over active bladder,kidney stones, prostate issues including cancers but cancers and prostate issues are unlikely in your age...consult nearest physician for clinical examination and investigations they will do the needful.
