Hello, my dermatologist has recommended me to take Glutathione pill (Ethiglo) along with vitamin c for pigmentation problem and skin lightening. I am just asking for confirmation, is ethiglo effective in skin lightening?
Or should i use glutone 1000?

Glutathione works if combined with other topical treatment and in clinic treatments.
Oral glutathione per se is an antioxidant drug and won't give any dramatic effect
Injectable drip do have some role but again it is subjective
