Glucose tolerance test

I am 19 weeks pregnant and did a gtt test. fasting BS - 82. Two hours after drinking 75 Gm of glucose powder ppbs - 170 which is higher than range of 140 I am on bed rest since 6 weeks which will continue for one more week. What do I do to bring these sugars down as I can't exercise :(. Also I have read that greater than 180 ppbs is considered diebetes and 140-180 ppbs means impaired fasting glucose. So do I have gestational diebetes or not?

Fasting is fine. Looks like gdm. Needs further evaluation. Pls get HbA1c done and have a follow up.
