Generally we screen pregnant women between 24-28 weeks for gestational diabetes as its very high now....I would like to clarify you that glucose challenge test is only a screening test and we can come into diagnosis or conclusion that you are suffering from gestational diabetes... Since you're levels are higher than normal..it means that you need to undergo certain definite tests which are diagnostic like glucose tolerance test... Thank you
