My optometrist gave me my glasses power - 4.25 D, But with 6/9 vision Acuity..He told That my eyes can't get better than 6/9, Why? Why he didn't give Higher Power Than this to obtain 6/6... I m confused plz anybody help

Hi... Eyes have certain  capacity,  beyond which it will not improve. Giving higher power number will not help. In your case, the best spectacle corrected acuity is 6/9..not 6/6 probably. May be due to some minor things... But for all practical purposes,  this is good enough to do any kind of activity. If having lot of doubts, you can check it from one more place n take doctors opinion too.
