Eyestrain is due to dry eyes. Make sure to reduce the brightness of the mobile screen(activate night mode or eye comfort mode)
Avoid using mobile in the dark.
Start Refresh tears eyedrop 4 times a day and Genteal eye ointment once at bedtime for a month. It will help.
If glare is too much you can wear glasses with Antiglare coating and blue cut lenses on regular basis.
You can restart watching television. Don't worry!
