I was suffring from pain in my lower back teeath then Dr done RCT and cap now one painless gingival abscess on near rct teeath ..see opg xray and suggest

Maybe their is recurrent infection that's why you are having this abscess. No need to worry about it. Antibiotics course may be required. After that wait for few days, if problem still persist then again consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.

There is still periapical infection. RCT is not so good. Kindly go to the doctor and remove the cap and if pain is still there then ask the doctor to go for re rct
