Hello doctor , I am 54years old , female . Whenever I woke up from sleep and try to get up feels sought of giddiness or feels I will fall down . Even during normal day time I feel this sometimes . Why this happens generally doctor?

What is the duration of the problem than do you cough cold or sinusitis any ear problem ,any neck stiffness and pain do you get feeling of vomiting also so all these details few tests may also be needed.
